GTA Signs Agreement with PAN AMP AG
Hannover, Germany - March 26, 2001 - Global Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA), a worldwide leader in cost-effective network security solutions, today announced at CeBIT 2001, the signing of a significant distribution and marketing agreement with PAN AMP AG, of Hamburg Germany. Under the terms of the agreement PAN AMP will become the exclusive distributor of GTA's products in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
PAN AMP AG already the established market leader of Internet filtering software in the German-speaking world will now expand its role in Internet security with GTA's firewall products. GTA's line of GNAT Box Firewall products will be added to PAN AMP"s fully-coordinated package of network management and Internet filtering administration tools.
