Firewall Support Technician - GTA20100830-001

Position: Entry Level

Responsibilities include: handling first line technical support for GTA Firewalls, handling first line technical support for GTA Firewall monitoring and reporting systems, 24/7 support calls, assisting with testing/evaluation of new products/services, pre-sales technical support and order processing. Both full-time and part-time positions available at our Orlando, Florida office.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Independent problem-solving abilities
  • Strong trouble shooting skills involving host and network problems
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Familiar with Windows operating systems
  • Familiar with UNIX and Linux operating systems
  • MAC OS X operating systems
  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP and routing
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
